ConServ Group has completed the permitting process to allow the construction of a new headquarters building for “On The Water” magazine. The new two-story building will be 7400 SF with 1950 SF dedicated to Cuttyhunk Outfitters retail store for a line of outdoor gear and office for the magazine staff. ConServ architects worked closely with the owner to capture the concept of a rustic cape fishing camp with wrap around porch for pedestrian covered access and product display. The design invites customers to the retail store and identifies their brand. In the owner's words “On the Water Magazine covers fishing and boating in the Northeast like no one else with two editions, one dedicated to New England and one covering New York and New Jersey angling.” The building is expected to be completed late spring 2015.
