ConServ Group acquired all permits and approvals for the construction work on the KIA of Cape Cod Dealership upgrade. ConServ prepared the architectural design and construction budget for the 3,400SF facility upgrade to KIA's Core Branding Standard Program. The interior was reconfigured to accommodate KIA's design concept with new branding marketing fixtures. The interior also received new floors, upgraded casework, new paint and new lighting fixtures. The building exterior was modified to comply with the KIA CBS Program and a new flat EPDM roof was installed.
