ConServ Group designed and is in the process of constructing this ground up tunnel car wash. The building is constructed completely with ICF’s (Insulated Concrete Forms) which provide not only a waterproof wall assembly, but an outstanding insulation R value as well. This facility recycles all of its wash water through an elaborate series of above and below ground tanks and was very technically challenging to design and construct. ConServ worked with the owners on the lengthy process to obtain all the required permitting and approvals before and during construction.
