Summary:

This was a brand new building project from the ground-up.  In addition, it was a brand image update with a strikingly unusual appearance.  The new “Quick Lane” concept was added to the traditional dealership design.

The challenge was to design and build the project for a reasonable price that was feasible in a tough lending environment.  ConServ questioned every aspect of the Ford factory design and managed to produce a final product to everyone’s satisfaction, the dealer, Fordland design team, and the lending institution.  The project was completed on time and under budget.
